The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable

Sometime we found some files or folder cannot be deleted and this window should appear. 

Follow the steps to remove the corrupted files or folders:

Step1: Click Start which on the left bottom corner.

Step2: For Window XP: Click Run, and type "cmd" and click "OK".

          For Window 7: type "cmd' in the search bar and click "OK".

note: a new black window should appear.

Step3: Type "chkdsk e: /f" in the cmd window. Click "enter".

note: the e: is the directory which the corrupted file locate, so you may change the e: to f: g: h: . After click enter the cmd window is running. Don't close it. Let it run until finish. Then the corrupted file or folder should be removed.
