Remove Internet Explorer in Window 7

1. Click the Start button , type Programs and Features in the search box, and then click View installed updates in the left pane.
2. Under Uninstall an update, scroll down to the Microsoft Windows section.
3. Right-click Windows Internet Explorer 9, click Uninstall, and then, when prompted, click Yes.
   Restart and done! Enjoy..

Shutdown button

By default, Windows 7 displays a plain text 'Shut down' button on the Start menu, 
If you wan to change it:
First step: Right click the start and select properties.

second step: choose any of them in the power button action. 

Click OK and its done!
