2) Choose troubleshoot and then choose advance option and select "UEFI Firmware Setting".
3) Restart Pc and you are able to access boot menu now.

How window 8 access into boot menu?
1) Entering the UEFI menu by search "advance setup option" under general tab, choose restart now.
