Microsoft release the latest product Internet Explorer 9 to compete with all other web browser, and this time microsoft was confident because IE9 is much more stable, faster, attractive and support more standards.
But a question for Mozilla technical evengelist was "is IE9 a modern browser?" Paul Rouget answer was "No"

( Note : I tested by myself and found IE9 was much faster than Chrome when loading pages, and IE9 was able to restore immediately if encountered problems or errors.)
