Window 8 consumer preview release for everyone which has new Metro UI. 

That is easy installation but consumes time. You can choose dual boot or burn the ISO file to DVD or pendrive. Pre-installed apps consist Internet explorer 9, Shopping window store, weather, message, photo,  music, calender, etc. All these apps are simple, clean and fast. But, one thing may make you feel sick, that is majority Metro UI and Start page use a lot of left and right sliding instead of up and down scrolling. Another impressive works of Microsoft is the running tasks will store on the taskbar right side, 

and you can split screen into two to control 2 apps on the same time!

Overall Window 8 is simple. Sometime you may feel it's way too simple compared to Window 7 UI.
